You can also add your own Revenue/Volume/Occupancy/ADR Budget to the main chart 🙌 this way you can track at a glance how the property or group is performing against your monthly revenue targets as well as how our system Forecast fairs against them for future months!
Note: you can add the budget figures for up to the next 2 years, and the figures you enter should be Accommodation Revenue in order to compare like for like.
Once budget has been entered, it will take a little bit of time until the next optimisation and then will appear in your reporting.
Tracking Performance
You will now see the Budget come up on the main chart in yellow. Hover over a specific month to be able to compare performance against budget.
NOTE: The budget does not have any impact on the forecast or pricing recommendations. Needless to say, FLYR for Hospitality will always push for the best results possible and does not just aim to match budget figures 📈
