The following guide will help you to reset the password and will work for the following use cases:

  • You forgot your password and want to reset your password

  • You want to change your password to a new password

  • You haven't configured a password yet or were unable to do so following the link sent in the welcome email

Any of the above sound like you? Follow the easy step-by-step guide below to get you set up with a working password:

  • Navigate to the Pace Login page

  • Click on the "Forgot your password?" prompt underneath the Login Form

  • On the new page you will be asked to provide your email address. Please add this and click on the "Send Email" button.

  • You will now receive an email from Pace which contains a link to a website where you can set up your password. Click on the link to open the page.

  • Add your desired password and confirm it in the second form field.
    Important Notice: There is no need to add your email here anywhere.

  • In some instances it might happen that you receive the following error:

  • This means that the link you opened from the email expired and is not valid to create a new password anymore. If this happens, please restart the whole process flow described in this article.
